We are currently looking for an Onsite Microcomputer Technician in Barcelona to work on a service for large enterprises. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide user technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral incidents. * Diagnose and resolve incidents following established procedures. * Ticket management: registration, updating, and closure. * Installation, configuration, and updating of equipment and applications. * Preparation, setup, and deployment of workstations. * Basic maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Management and control of IT material inventory. * Escalation of incidents when necessary. * Documentation of interventions and tasks performed.
