**What Will Be Your Role?**
At Johnson Controls, we are seeking HVAC Technicians to join a growing team focused on HVAC maintenance and operational support within data center environments—both during construction and ongoing operations.
You will be integrated into dynamic projects, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities as well as basic installations, contributing to the proper operation of HVAC systems and ensuring compliance with on-site quality and safety standards.
**What Will Be Your Responsibilities?**
* Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.
* Replace filters, clean, and conduct general inspections of AHU units and ventilation systems.
* Support corrective maintenance work and perform basic diagnostics of incidents.
* Assist with HVAC system installation and modifications.
* Support technical inspections, report preparation, and basic documentation updates.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site or at construction sites.
* Maintain high standards of order and cleanliness at facilities.
* Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other subcontractors.
**What Profile Are We Looking For?**
* Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level)
* Prior experience in HVAC environments, mechanical maintenance, or facility services.
* Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
* Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
* Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to work in operational DATA CENTER environments.
* Valid driver's license
