Job Summary: We are seeking a press operator for a metalworking company, responsible for interpreting blueprints, verifying parts, setting up machines, and operating machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Blueprint interpretation and part verification to ensure quality. 2. Machine setup and raw material supply. 3. Operation of presses, bending machines, and other machinery. We are looking for a person to work as a press operator in a metalworking company located in Sallent, Barcelona. Your responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints to ensure correct production, as well as verifying manufactured parts using a caliper to guarantee quality. You will be responsible for machine setup and ensuring proper raw material supply. You will also perform monitoring and operation of various types of machinery, including presses and bending machines, as well as other duties inherent to the position. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered with rotating shifts covering different time slots (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.), including legally mandated breaks. * Experience in tasks identical or similar to those described. * Electric pallet truck and overhead crane licenses. * We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is advantageous.
