They are seeking to hire a Controller with experience and/or knowledge in the construction sector. As a Controller, you will be responsible for the company's financial control, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your role is to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives and maintains long-term economic health. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Financial Planning and Budgeting: 1\. Develop and manage the organization's annual budget. 2\. Provide analysis and recommendations for short- and long-term financial planning. 2\. Financial Analysis: 1\. Conduct cost and profitability analysis. 2\. Interpret financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making. 3\. Internal Control: 1\. Implement and monitor internal control policies and procedures to protect company assets. 2\. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. 4\. Financial Reporting: 1\. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 2\. Present financial results to senior management and stakeholders. 5\. Risk Management: 1\. Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with overall organizational objectives. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are valued. * Technical Knowledge: 1\. Proficiency in financial and managerial accounting. 2\. Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards. * Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: 1\. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. 2\. Capacity to identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Communication: 1\. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present reports and analyses to diverse audiences. * Leadership and Teamwork: 1\. Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across different organizational areas. * Technological Tools Proficiency: 1\.
