Through our Recruitment \& Outsourcing team, we help major companies (mostly belonging to the IBEX 35\) identify the best talent for their projects, both nationally and internationally. We are seeking to hire five Occupational Health and Safety Supervisors to participate in an industrial shutdown, covering both day and night shifts. The position will focus on preventive supervision in the field, control of critical activities, and coordination with contracting companies, site supervisors, and safety managers. **What responsibilities would you have?** * Conduct safety inspections and preventive observations in the field. * Supervise compliance with the Safety and Health Plan, work procedures, and client regulations. * Identify deviations, report risks, and track corrective actions. * Review work permits and preventive documentation. * Participate in coordination of business activities. * Verify proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment. * Supervise metallurgical, mechanical, insulation, scaffolding, and lifting operations. * Collaborate in incident and accident investigations. * Prepare shift reports and preventive reports. * Coordinate information handover between day and night shifts. **What will we offer you?** * Integration into a highly relevant project within the industrial sector. * Participation in technically complex projects. * A highly specialized working environment. * Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. * Project duration: 3 months. REQUIREMENTS **Essential requirements:** * University degree and/or equivalent qualification. * Training as a Senior Technician in Occupational Health and Safety, specializing in Workplace Safety. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Demonstrable experience in industrial environments. * Knowledge of activities typical of industrial shutdowns. * Availability to work either day or night shifts. * Availability throughout the entire service period. **Desirable requirements** * Prior experience in Oil\&Gas industrial projects. * Experience in petrochemical complexes or refineries. * Specific knowledge of the Puertollano Industrial Complex.
