DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Site Manager to supervise a photovoltaic project located in Brazatortas. This is a position with a minimum commitment of 10 months and potential for extension, with an expected start date during the second half of September. ### **Job Description** As a Site Manager, or Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing photovoltaic projects on-site. Your focus will be ensuring all operations are carried out according to Eosol Group's established quality and safety standards, as well as meeting deadlines and budgets. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the execution of the photovoltaic project, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and safely. * Plan and organize the human and material resources necessary for the proper execution of the project. * Prepare progress reports on the status of the project, including work advancement and resource utilization. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and other specialists, to ensure correct implementation of work plans. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the project's development. * Conduct regular meetings with the work team and clients to report progress and manage any incidents. * Propose improvements in execution processes to optimize time and costs. * Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. ### **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in renewable energy projects, preferably in the photovoltaic field. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards in the renewable energy sector. * Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage work teams. * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. * Availability to work in Brazatortas and travel if necessary. ### **We Offer** * Join a highly professional team in a dynamic environment. * A contract with a minimum duration of 10 months, with potential for extension depending on project progression. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training in the renewable energy sector. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. ### **Why Join Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we are committed to sustainable development and the transition toward a cleaner, more efficient future.
