From our Outsourcing department, we are looking for a **METALLURGICAL SUPERVISOR** to join **Repsol**, one of our leading clients in the energy sector, based in **PUERTOLLANO**. Are you in? **What would your responsibilities be?** * Interpretation of P\&ID drawings, isometrics, piping layouts, buried lines, supports, insulation, etc. * Review of material quality certificates, primarily for pipes, valves and fittings. * Verification of welder qualifications and welding procedure controls, review of radiographs, heat treatment charts, supervision of tests and NDT analysis. * Prefabrication of metallurgical systems, piping, painting, inspections, etc. * Supervision and follow-up of work on equipment and piping, as well as preparation of documentation dossiers for their legalization. * Review of reports, schedules and quality dossiers. * Execution program monitoring: weekly tracking during the installation and commissioning phase of the project, and daily tracking during the commissioning process. This tracking will include task progress updates in Project and a written report highlighting commissioning advances for each circuit. * Verification of compliance with quality plans for the development of various investments: at the beginning of installation, verify and initiate the issuance of a quality plan for each project circuit; upon completion of installation, verify and trigger the delivery of pre-commissioning reports planned for each circuit. Commissioning tasks will be carried out by circuits, assigning and managing applicable deficiencies through omega 365, as well as managing and resolving them. **What can we offer you?** * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Participation in innovative and cutting-edge projects in the renewable energy sector. * Contract through IDEA. Work will be performed at client facilities. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree or FP2/CFGS qualification. * Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience leading work teams (MECHANICAL). * 50-hour Basic Course in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Previous roles in petrochemical environments as Site Manager, Team Leader or Team Responsible will be positively valued.
