Young and dynamic startup-like environment DESCRIPTION Our client, a company providing software development solutions for the travel and transportation industry, is seeking a Product Manager with the following responsibilities: * Work within an agile software development team, acting as the primary liaison with all stakeholders, ensuring objectives are clear and aligned with business vision. * Understand and anticipate customer needs, identifying and documenting requirements while ensuring alignment with the development process. * Create and maintain the team's backlog. Document backlog items and prioritize them according to overall strategy and business objectives. * Monitor and measure team performance. * Provide strategic product vision to the team. * Identify product opportunities and communicate them to product owners for exploration and evaluation. **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. * Valid work permit in the EU. * Experience as a Product Manager. * Experience in usability (UX/UI). * Experience with Google Analytics, Clarity, and conversion funnels. * Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle. * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban. * Travel industry experience is a plus. English is mandatory. German is a plus. * **Conditions** * 100% remote work.
