Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Technician to provide IT security support and consulting, security incident management, implementation of security measures, and vulnerability assessment. Implementation and Maintenance of Security Measures An IT Systems Technician with experience providing technical IT support to companies, both on-site and remotely. ON-SITE WORK LOCATION IN VIC • IT Security and Systems Support and Consulting. • Monitoring and analysis of systems to detect suspicious activities. • Security Incident Management and Threat Response. • Implementation and Maintenance of Security Measures (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems, etc.). • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing. • Cybersecurity Training and Awareness for Staff. • Drafting of Security Policies and Procedures. * Minimum 2 years of experience. • Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, firewalls, etc. • Knowledge of security regulations and standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.). • Experience in vulnerability analysis and incident management. • Knowledge of cryptography, identity management, and access control. • Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. • Willingness and ability to travel. • Direct client interaction. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Responsible and organized individual. • Proactive and solution-oriented individual. • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. • Clear and effective communication. • Teamwork and collaboration with other departments. • Proactivity and adaptability to changing environments. * Personal vehicle available * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional Information: Department: Hardware and Systems Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: To be agreed Contract Type: Permanent contract after successful completion of training and probation period
