Are you ready to grow your career with us? * Temporary vacancy * Stable incorporation in a sector-leading company. * You will join a pleasant working environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage and excellence. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Perform material handling (loading/unloading), warehousing, replenishment, and product servicing activities at the dispatch warehouse. This position requires working in a dynamic environment managed via technological systems. **Main functions and responsibilities:** * Use horizontal and vertical internal transport equipment to handle goods. * Carry out material and product placement and loading operations, following procedures established by the supervisor. * Perform replenishment operations at supply locations and assembly lines, following the established procedure. * Prepare orders for machinery and accessories for dispatch. * Implement maintenance and safety measures. * Perform vehicle loading and unloading operations. * Any other duties consistent with the professional group or lower-level positions, or other tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Education, knowledge & experience:** * Logistics and warehousing training is valued. * For senior profiles, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar warehouse management role is required; for junior profiles, 0 to 2 years’ experience. * Education: Primary education / EGB / ESO / PQPI or equivalent. * Valid front-end and retractable forklift license, with demonstrable experience in its use. * Office software proficiency at user level. **Competencies & skills:** * Structured, organized, and methodical individual. * Customer-oriented. * Proactive and solution-oriented individual. **Functions and responsibilities related to the Integrated Management System:** **Quality** Comply with quality performance requirements and support continuous improvement of internal processes. Ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements associated with processes, as defined in Process Sheets, Subprocess Sheets, Instructions, or any other documents defined within the System. Collaborate in identifying and resolving incidents. Report relevant management nonconformities to the Quality & Environmental Coordinator. **Environmental:** Comply with environmental performance requirements and good HSE practices in office settings. Segregate waste generated in office environments. **Health and Safety:** Use and enforce the use of required PPE in designated zones and tasks, especially when entering workshop or warehouse areas. Prevent and control job-related risks according to the risk assessment.
