We are a hotel with personality, style, and a dynamic atmosphere, where teamwork and both guest and employee experience are equally important. **About the Position** We are looking for a trainee student eager to start their journey in Human Resources by joining the People & Culture team at Hotel Miiro Borneta. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and modern environment within the hospitality sector. As an **HR Trainee**, you will support different areas of the department: recruitment, onboarding, training, administrative management, and internal communication, always accompanied and guided by experienced professionals. \*\*Important:\*\* This position is exclusively for students who can sign a training agreement with a university or educational institution. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in recruitment processes: posting job offers, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. * Participation in new employee onboarding and preparation of welcome materials. * Assistance in organizing internal events and activities to promote a positive work environment. * Maintenance and updating of employee databases and department documentation. * General administrative support in daily department tasks. * Collaboration in preparing reports (staff turnover, training, etc.). * Support in coordinating training sessions with the Group L&D Manager. * Updating notice boards and internal documents (FAQs, procedures, etc.). * Basic management of supplies such as first-aid kits and locker assignments. * Handling simple internal inquiries and supporting well-being and communication initiatives. **What We’re Looking For** * Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. * Ability to sign a training agreement with a university or educational institution. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to be part of a dynamic team. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Intermediate to advanced level of Spanish and English. * Basic knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information. **What We Offer** * Practical and real training across all key areas of the People & Culture department. * A young, multicultural, and positive working environment. * Continuous support and mentorship throughout the internship. * Involvement in initiatives that enhance our team’s experience. * Free meals during internship days. * Access to internal training courses to support your professional development. * A monthly study allowance of 450 € gross during the internship period.
