The Universitat Abat Oliba CEU is seeking an Associate Professor in Psychodiagnostics to join the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences and to teach the following: Courses:* Psychodiagnostics (2nd semester) Required Qualifications:* Degree/Diploma in Psychology * Additional training in Clinical Psychology will be positively considered * Specific knowledge related to the subject matter to be taught. Professional and Teaching Experience:* Established professional experience in psychological diagnosis and intervention with adults * Teaching experience in subjects related to the course to be taught will be positively valued * Teaching accreditations and publications in the specific field of knowledge will be favorably considered * Experience in applying innovative teaching and learning methodologies is desirable. Languages:* English level B2. Competencies and Skills:* Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to create impact and motivate students. * Pedagogical skills (use of a wide range of didactic and digital tools, application of diverse teaching methodologies). * High emotional intelligence: self-motivation, empathy, and influence. * Engagement and commitment.
