The main responsibility will be to **organize and coordinate on-site work and teams**, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines and current regulations. If part of the After-Sales Service (SPV) department, the candidate will also support the team leader in carrying out maintenance tasks or adjustments after project handover. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support the Site Supervisor in planning work activities and human and technical resource needs. * Interpret blueprints and verify technical conditions prior to construction start (site layout verification). * Request and coordinate external services (e.g., surveying). * Clearly and technically communicate information between the technical office and workers or subcontractors. * Organize and supervise subcontracted personnel, ensuring compliance with documentation and PPE requirements. * Quality control during work execution. * Receive, verify, and properly distribute materials according to the construction and safety plan. * Organize storage and positioning of machinery, verifying their technical documentation. * Prepare machinery reports and monitor operational status. * Attend site meetings when required. * Prepare final inspection checklists for validation with the client or technical management. * Monitor and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan and occupational health and safety regulations. ### **Requirements** #### **Education** * Higher Technician in Construction Project Organization and Control. * Occupational risk prevention training (minimum 60 hours, basic level). #### **Technical Skills** * Proficiency with **Office 365**. * Knowledge of **blueprint interpretation and quantity surveying**. * Knowledge of **AutoCAD** is desirable. * Experience in **facades and roofing**. #### **Experience** * **Minimum of 2 years’ experience desirable** as a site manager or in similar roles. #### **Key Competencies** * Initiative, leadership, and ability to manage teams. * Stress management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. ### **Benefits** * Join a company specialized in **facade systems and architectural envelopes**. * Participation in unique and technically demanding projects. * Professional, technical, and collaborative work environment. * **Competitive salary \+ allowances \+ travel expenses.** * Opportunities for professional growth and internal promotion.
