Coordination with operational teams and support networks #### **Role Definition** Provide on-site technical support and accompaniment to neurodivergent workers participating in the Casa Batlló project, supporting their adaptation, stability, and development within the workplace. This position combines observation and accompaniment, operational coordination, team support, and technical-documentary follow-up linked to CET and subsidized programs. #### **Your Responsibilities** ### **On-Site Support and Accompaniment** * Conduct direct accompaniment within the workplace. * Identify individual and collective support needs. * Facilitate adaptation to the job role and operational environment. * Identify situations of distress, dysregulation, or difficulty adapting. * Provide support during complex or operationally tense situations. ### **Neurodiversity and Inclusion** * Foster inclusive and accessible workplace environments for service staff. * Identify adaptation and support needs related to neurodiversity within the operational environment. * Participate in implementing support and accompaniment strategies jointly defined with the Support Area Lead and Specialisterne’s coaching team. * Collaborate in raising awareness and disseminating best practices related to neurodiversity among operational and coordination teams. * Serve as an on-site technical support figure, facilitating alignment between the service’s operational reality and the needs identified among workers. ### **Coordination with Operational Teams and Support Network** * Work collaboratively with the Support Area Lead, coaches assigned to the service, and Ruta and Retail coordination teams. * Share relevant observations regarding team functioning and potential support needs, maintaining consistently professional and objective communication. * Support coordinators and leads in managing situations involving personnel, environmental adaptation, or team dynamics. * Participate in follow-up meetings and technical coordination spaces to align intervention and accompaniment criteria. * Ensure continuity between needs identified in daily operations and support actions defined by Specialisterne’s technical team. ### **Technical Follow-Up and Documentation** * Record and track interventions performed. * Prepare technical observations and follow-up reports. * Participate in collecting information related to subsidies and support programs. * Ensure proper documentary traceability of all interventions performed. ### **Onboarding and Follow-Up of New Hires** * Support initial onboarding and adaptation processes. * Accompany new hires during their first weeks. * Identify training or support needs. * Facilitate integration into the team and service operations. #### **Your Profile** **Required Qualifications:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Social Integration or university degree in Social Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Psychology, or Special Education Teaching. **Valued Experience:** * Experience in on-site operational work. * Experience in CET or subsidized programs. * Experience accompanying individuals in workplace settings, especially neurodivergent individuals. * Highly valued: experience in customer service or high-social-interaction environments, or work in museums, tourism, retail, or cultural services. #### **Competencies** * Observation and identification of needs. * Assertive communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Adaptability and operational management. * Sensitivity toward neurodiversity. * People-oriented approach #### **Who Are We?** Specialisterne is a **social organization**, founded in Denmark in 2004 and present—directly or indirectly—in 25 countries, dedicated to the employment inclusion of people with **autism** and other conditions falling under **neurodiversity**.
