Your mission will be to drive company growth and competitiveness through strategic, financial, and management consulting. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Financial Analysis and Strategy:** Assess companies’ financial health and design strategic plans for their growth and profitability. * **Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Financial Restructuring:** Advise on company purchase, sale, or merger processes, as well as on optimizing financial structures. * **Process and Resource Optimization:** Identify areas for improvement in business management and propose solutions to increase efficiency and competitiveness. * **Investment and Risk Management:** Design investment strategies and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sustainable growth for client companies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or Economics. * English level B2 or higher. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in business consulting and/or financial management. * Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Power BI skills. * Knowledge of ERPs and business management applications. * Postgraduate education—particularly in **business areas** or **data analytics**—will be highly valued. **What does the company offer?** * Working hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–14:30 and 15:30–18:30; Fri 08:00–15:00. * Salary: €38,000–€45,000 gross per year. * Immediate integration into a young, dynamic, and growing team, with a career development plan focused on leadership in professional management and strategic and financial advisory.
