Your Mission We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead the global Sustainability Reporting team, overseeing the end-to-end ESG reporting process and collaborating across organizational functions to ensure the production of high-quality, reliable, and regulatory-compliant sustainability reports aligned with market best practices. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Lead the coordination and preparation of the Group’s Sustainability Reports. Define and standardize ESG metrics in collaboration with various organizational functions. Design and implement sustainability information reporting and control systems. Review and validate ESG data to ensure its quality, integrity, and consistency. Coordinate internal and external sustainability-related audits and verification processes. Monitor the company’s ESG performance and prepare tracking reports on established objectives. Participate in and support strategic initiatives within the ESG Department. Design, optimize, and document internal ESG reporting procedures, ensuring traceability and reliability of information. Coordinate the Sustainability Reporting team to ensure collection, control, and analysis of ESG metrics at corporate and regional levels. What Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Internal Audit, Data Analytics, or related fields is desirable. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, ESG reporting, data auditing, or similar roles. Experience in sustainability report verification processes is desirable. Experience in ESG risk analysis, the European Taxonomy, carbon footprint calculation, or other related regulatory frameworks is desirable. Technical Knowledge Advanced knowledge of major ESG reporting standards and frameworks, including CSRD, ESRS, GRI, SASB, among others. Knowledge of double materiality methodologies (ESRS). Experience in analyzing and managing large volumes of data. Proficiency in Excel and corporate reporting tools. Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Office, and platforms such as Workiva. Languages **Spanish:** Advanced level. **English:** Advanced level. **Catalan and French:** Desirable. Competencies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
