Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage diverse projects and optimize internal processes. 2. Organize meetings, site visits, and business travel. 3. Provide operational support through invoice control and purchase order tracking. This full-time position in Cornellà de Llobregat centers on supporting the department’s daily operations by drafting emails, reports, and key presentations. The selected candidate will manage diverse projects, conduct research to support rapid decision-making, and establish administrative workflows that optimize internal processes—all while maintaining documentation in perfect order and meeting all deadlines. The role also involves consistent calendar management, including organizing meetings, facility visits, and business travel. Daily tasks must be prioritized to ensure smooth operations and timely access to necessary information for teams. Additionally, operational support includes vendor invoice control and purchase order tracking. Budget oversight is essential, ensuring each expense complies with financial regulations to maintain cost control and visibility of available resources. Higher Vocational Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Innovation Management. Minimum 3 years of prior administrative experience and at least C1 level English proficiency.
