




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cook for our new hotel, collaborating in dish preparation, presentation, and kitchen cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in dish preparation and presentation. 2. Food handling in compliance with hygiene regulations. 3. Inspection and control of kitchen equipment. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires a COOK for our new hotel CATALONIA BOULEVARD located in the center of BARCELONA. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. * Experience in restaurants or hotels.
