Would you like to join our team? **Your role:** We are seeking a Validation Engineer specialized in regulation and thermomanagement systems to join our vehicle climate control team. This position includes functional validation as well as dynamic/static vehicle testing. It also covers hardware, software, and climate chamber testing evaluation and analysis. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Conducting tests and trials of the climate control system’s regulation and thermomanagement functions, ensuring full compliance with supplier/client requirements. * Generating, managing, and tracking test catalogs and test cases according to client function specifications, including any changes throughout the project lifecycle. * Evaluating and analyzing validation results at both hardware and software levels. * Managing, tracking, and analyzing failures when test criteria are not met. * Updating, instrumenting, and fine-tuning various in-vehicle or mock-up climate control systems—including other ECUs potentially interfacing with the system. * Tracking internal project documentation and related components, including their modifications (heaters, flaps, valves, etc.). * Generating and updating vehicle planning schedules based on equipment variants required for validation per project milestones. * Preparing technical reports based on results obtained from various tests. **What do we expect from you?** * Engineering degree or higher vocational training (CFGS) specializing in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Aeronautics / Industrial Engineering. * English language proficiency (B2 level) is mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. * Knowledge of automotive communication buses such as CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and BAP is considered a strong advantage. * Valid Driver’s License Class B. * Willingness to travel for dynamic vehicle testing. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract * Flexible working hours * Language training and continuous learning programs * Flexible Compensation Plan (medical insurance, transportation allowance, etc.) * 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st * Company events — we love having fun! * A positive, open, and inclusive work environment * Private parking If you believe this is your role and you want to work in a dynamic environment with continuous learning opportunities, **apply now—we’re eager to meet you!** We are BERTRANDT.
