We are looking for a proactive, organized, and leadership-oriented individual, results-driven and accustomed to working to high-quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision of construction projects. * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Cost, schedule, and quality control during execution. * Technical and financial monitoring of each project. * Management of certifications, procurement, and materials. * Coordination with architects, engineers, and clients. * Resolution of incidents and on-site safety management. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Technical knowledge of new construction and comprehensive renovations. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in premium residential projects. * Supplier negotiation skills. * Proficiency in construction planning and control tools. * Professional network within the industry.
