Send us your application! **What would your day-to-day look like?** * Assist in preparing Customs Declarations, updating data, and other daily administrative tasks as they arise * Process customs documents with official agencies * Interact with both internal and external customers via phone or email, proficiently in at least two languages: Spanish and English * Handle customer calls regarding shipment clearance information or their questions about customs procedures * Collaborate with other company departments—primarily Billing and Operations—to deliver high-quality customer service * Work as part of a team with colleagues at your site to achieve company objectives, providing the best possible worldwide shipping service while ensuring compliance with customs regulations * In short: You’re proactive and organized!
