Permanent contract with a professional development plan. **Job Description** At **SOCOTEC Spain**, we are looking for a **Junior Technical Architect** with 2–3 years of experience to join our Technical Architecture team in Barcelona. We seek a motivated candidate eager to grow and participate in construction management, occupational health and safety coordination, and support in drafting technical documentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in drafting projects and technical documentation: occupational health and safety studies, waste management plans, reports, and specifications. * Assistance in preparing measurements and budgets. * Participation in Construction Management teams. * Use of drawing tools and support in producing drawings. * Coordination with other departments and document management on shared platforms. **Requirements** * Qualification: Technical Architecture or Building Engineering degree. * Experience: 2–3 years working in project drafting and construction teams. * Proficiency in Presto / TCQ for budgeting, AutoCAD, and Excel. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan. * Preferred: BIM (Revit) knowledge, English, MS Project, cost control, and basic Project Management concepts. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract with a professional development plan. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work model (1 day/week remote). * Work–life balance. * Joining a young, multicultural, and multidisciplinary team. * Real opportunity for career growth within the company. * Flexible compensation program.
