Your primary objective will be to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to the team on software quality\-related topics, including development testing, and ensure an efficient testing setup to maximize testing throughput and minimize overall testing effort **Responsibilities** * Work as an embedded QA Automation Engineer in an Agile team. * Drive all quality aspects of the team regarding software quality. * Design test cases to ensure proper coverage of requirements and execute them. * Identify tests for automation and implement them using Playwright with TypeScript at UI or API level. * Perform manual testing as needed, including periods where manual testing may be the primary responsibility. * Create or organize required test data. * Maintain (add, remove, update) regression test cases. * Execute and document tests in an audit\-proof manner. * Read and write code when needed in Java or C\#. * Manage defects effectively. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Mandatory experience working in an **Agile team**; experience in a **DevOps setup** is a strong plus. * Proven ability to lead and support all testing initiatives of an agile team from development to acceptance testing. * Strong experience in **Test Case Design (TCD)** to ensure proper coverage of requirements and acceptance criteria. * Experience in **risk\-based testing**. * **5\+ years** of general Test Automation experience covering UI and API. * Comfortable performing manual testing when required. * Ability to explore databases independently to find relevant test data. * Good knowledge of **Jira**; basic **XRAY** knowledge is a plus. * Additional experience (not mandatory but a strong plus): * Cloud technologies * Web application architecture * Banking domain knowledge related to Client Lifecycle Management Education and Skills: * Excellent command of English (C1/C2\); fluent Spanish is a big plus. * BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus. * Accurate and reliable, with a proactive attitude and motivated personality. * Resilient, flexible, and enjoys teamwork. * Strong problem\-solving skills and commitment to project quality. **What can we offer?** 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!
