Here, your work truly matters—and so do you. **What will be your mission?** Support the Production area through rapid corrective maintenance interventions, basic preventive maintenance tasks, and minor mechanical and electrical repairs—contributing to reduced downtime and ensuring operational continuity of the plant. **️This is what you’ll do every day.** * Respond to first-level maintenance incidents affecting production equipment and facilities. * Perform rapid basic mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize downtime. * Carry out simple preventive maintenance tasks as instructed by the Maintenance Manager. * Support the Production team during peak activity periods, prioritizing fast and safe responses. * Identify basic failures and escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Manager or specialized technicians. * Maintain order and cleanliness in intervention areas and comply with internal procedures. * Adhere to applicable Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards at the plant. **What you need to shine in this role** Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or Mechanics. Desirable: Additional training in industrial maintenance, basic electricity, industrial mechanics, or occupational risk prevention. Minimum recommended experience: 1 year in industrial maintenance or similar technical support roles for production. Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics. Prior experience in production environments is valued. Availability to rotate across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Ability to quickly resolve incidents, internal service orientation, teamwork, attention to detail, proactivity, flexibility, and capacity to work under changing priorities on the shop floor. Proficiency in using manual maintenance tools, basic electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, multimeters, and basic diagnostic tools. Languages: Mandatory — Spanish (advanced/native); Desirable — English (basic/intermediate) **What do we offer you at Eurofragance?** Much more than just a job!
