We are expanding our teams, and this is an opportunity for you to join our Barcelona office as a Data Analyst/Product Analyst. You will work alongside other product analysts and data scientists embedded within our gaming team. You will play a key role in defining, extracting, and acting upon product data from large datasets—spanning the full scope from data mining to reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for demonstrating the impact of product data through dashboards and/or other visualization methods to key stakeholders across the company. **What You’ll Do** ================ This role aims to strengthen analytical practice at Product Madness and ensure gaming teams make informed decisions based on actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with product and gaming teams to integrate game tracking, capturing player data to gain deeper insights. * Generating new ideas and insights to inform decision-making and help us continue delighting players of our games. * Developing reports and delivering insights that influence the strategic direction and roadmap of our games. * Working with gaming teams and the data warehouse (DWH) to build end-to-end data pipelines that empower end users. * Closely collaborating with product and gaming development teams to develop reports and monitor daily objectives. * Investigating production environment issues, analyzing and optimizing existing product features and A/B tests. * Applying creative thinking to the creation, testing, validation, and implementation of solutions. **What We’re Looking For** =========================== * Prior experience in a product or data analyst role * Strong SQL and Excel skills * Experience with standard reporting tools such as Looker/QlikView/Tableau/Power BI, etc. * Experience configuring and analyzing A/B tests is desirable * Solid foundation in mathematics and quantitative analysis, with a passion for numbers and data * Interest in games and the mobile gaming industry; any experience in these sectors would be beneficial * Proficiency in English * A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or another analytical field is advantageous * Experience with Python and/or R would be ideal but is not essential **Why Product Madness?** As part of the Aristocrat family, we share their mission to bring joy to life through the power of play—with a world-class team creating top-grossing and market-leading titles in the social casino genre, including Heart of Vegas, Lightning Link, and Cashman Casino.
