The primary objective is to ensure that commissioning processes—including testing, validation, troubleshooting, and final handover—are executed efficiently and meet project specifications. This role involves both technical and organisational responsibilities, ensuring smooth communication between engineering, project management, and broader on-site teams. * Join the project realisation team and apply hands-on technical commissioning expertise. * Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and engineering departments to align commissioning schedules and priorities. * Prepare and submit commissioning plans, checklists, and protocols according to project requirements. * Provide feedback to engineering teams to support continual improvement of commissioning processes. * Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation—including reports, punch lists, test results, and procedures—for client handover. * Supervise and/or conduct equipment and system testing (functional tests, performance tests, and Factory/Site Acceptance Tests—FAT/SAT). * Identify, analyse, and troubleshoot system issues during commissioning and ensure implementation of corrective actions. * Maintain close technical collaboration with technical leads and senior engineers to ensure consistent execution of commissioning solutions across multiple projects. * Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team to strengthen technical competence. * Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and technical reviews. * Ensure the commissioning phase complies with safety standards and remains continuously aligned with EHS policy. * Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and resolutions. * Lead the final system handover, including training the client on system operation and maintenance. * **Education, Knowledge, and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science. * Experience in automation commissioning is an advantage. * Customer-oriented mindset with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work autonomously while confidently contributing within a team setting. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Confident communicator fluent in both internal and external interactions. * Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). * Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines. * Familiarity with AutoCAD as a 2D design tool. * PLC knowledge required; PLC programming experience is a plus. * Knowledge of C++/C# is an advantage. ### **Work Environment** * Field-based role involving extensive travel to project sites across Europe and occasionally beyond. * Extended working hours may be required during commissioning phases and critical deadlines. * Possibility of working night shifts.
