Advises on problem resolution, analysis, and training related to safety and ergonomics improvements; Develops action plans and conducts internal and external follow-up safety audits to address all plant safety issues and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and legal requirements; Collects data, maintains records, and administers occupational health and safety filing systems in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements; Selects appropriate personal protective equipment based on existing risks, ensuring effective cost control and monitoring; Creates and reviews daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety reports as needed to critically analyze all possible causes and severity of occupational accidents and illnesses, and to define preventive and corrective actions; Advises management on all legislative changes and new legal requirements; Actively participates in defining new equipment/tools to ensure compliance with all legal safety requirements and best ergonomic practices, and also actively participates in their receipt and acceptance; Develops, delivers, schedules, and coordinates safety training sessions in accordance with legal requirements; Salary: 36\.000,00€\-42\.000,00€ per year Work location: On-site employment
