We are looking for a **Systems Administrator** with a solid technical background in Microsoft environments, capable of leading IT modernization and security projects for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with security standards—aligning technical vision with business strategic objectives. **What will you do daily?** * End-to-end IT project management: scope definition, planning, cost control, and risk management. * Technical analysis and architecture definition for on\-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments (primarily Microsoft). * Project leadership using technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and SQL Server. * Management of modernization and migration projects to Microsoft 365 and Azure. * Implementation and enhancement of security policies in Microsoft environments (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, MFA). * Design and oversight of backup and business continuity strategies using solutions such as Veeam or Backup Exec. * Coordination of network and security aspects: firewalls, segmentation, hardening, and disaster recovery plans. * Direct client interaction and technical and executive reporting. **What profile are we looking for?** * More than 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in hybrid environments and cloud migrations. * Problem-solving, organized, and technically leadership-oriented profile. Desirable: * Microsoft certifications (AZ\-104, AZ\-500, MS\-102\). * ITIL, PMP, or similar certification. * Experience in IT consulting and multi-client management. **What can we offer you?** Permanent contract from day one.
