If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences, this is your opportunity! **What will be your responsibilities?** * **Reception and welcome**: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. * **Accompaniment**: Escort guests to their apartments or rooms, assisting with luggage and addressing any questions they may have. * **Luggage transportation**: Efficiently and carefully collect, transport, and deliver guest luggage. * **Personalized assistance**: Inform guests about available services both within the property and in the surrounding area to enhance their experience. * **Operational support**: Collaborate with the team on other daily operational tasks, always maintaining a helpful and service-oriented attitude. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in a similar role (preferred). * Ability to communicate clearly and courteously, with a strong customer focus. * Physical capability to handle luggage. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills. * Basic level of English or other languages (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
