This position focuses on the end-to-end management of the lifecycle of electronic test devices, ensuring their proper functionality and accuracy. Key responsibilities include performing periodic inspections, carrying out calibrations in accordance with metrological standards, applying firmware updates, and repairing equipment. These activities are essential to meet established response-time and quality objectives. In addition, the professional will be responsible for participating in both national and international campaigns, traveling to customers’ facilities to perform calibration and repair services on-site. The role also involves managing traceability and documentation of all work performed, ensuring that corresponding service reports are prepared and archived—critical for maintaining service quality. Continuous training is another key pillar, as the individual must stay up to date with new devices, procedures, and processes within the technical service area. This ongoing learning enables adaptation to technological innovations and evolving business needs. A degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline is required. Solid knowledge of fundamental metrology concepts is essential. Professional experience in the field of electronic test and measurement technology is required, specifically in handling radio-frequency test instruments for various applications and familiarity with calibration methods. Additionally, basic principles of PI and networking, foundational IT knowledge, and strong proficiency in Excel are required. Desirable skills include quality orientation, process improvement, customer orientation, and willingness to travel.
