We are looking for a Validation Engineer, preferably with a background in electronic engineering or a related field, who has experience validating interlockings. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing interlocking tests in the laboratory and ensuring systems meet established requirements. What You’ll Do: Within the team, validation activities are carried out on various systems. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Reviewing and analyzing interlocking requirements. * Specifying tests with necessary traceability to requirements. * Executing black-box functional tests, both in simulation environments and real laboratory settings. * Validating interlocking systems, including the safety module and operator workstation. * Generating reports and preparing validation documentation. * Conducting laboratory tests. What We’re Looking For: * Electronic engineering or equivalent (other technical engineering degrees considered with relevant experience). * Minimum 1 year of experience in interlocking validation. * Experience with functional (black-box) testing and validation documentation. * Ability to work in laboratory and simulation environments. * Attention to detail, autonomy, and an analytical mindset.
