Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Culture business unit, requires a Technical Coordinator to work on U.S.-based projects from its Madrid offices.**Position Description** **Mission:** Lead and manage the *shop drawings* process for exhibition production, ensuring coordination across all trades and disciplines. This role is responsible for organizing deliverables, facilitating communication, and maintaining technical accuracy throughout the *shop drawings* phase.**Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the *shop drawings* process for exhibitions—from development through approval. * Coordinate all trades and suppliers involved in fabrication and technical work. * Actively assist in and participate in all project meetings. Document meetings and prepare clear, actionable minutes; distribute specific notes to respective teams. * Review, track, and manage *shop drawings* submissions and revisions. * Produce and modify CAD drawings as needed to support coordination and fabrication. * Ensure alignment among design intent, technical requirements, and fabrication constraints. **Candidate Requirements** * Proficiency in CAD drafting (AutoCAD or similar) * Experience coordinating multiple trades in fabrication, exhibition, or themed environment projects * Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills * Ability to manage deadlines and maintain clarity in complex workflows * Knowledge of AI, visual tools, etc. * Minimum 7 years of experience *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring all individuals can participate on equal footing.
