Our early specialization and continuous commitment to adopting technological advances have established us as an internationally recognized company for the talent, quality, and innovation demonstrated in each of our projects. ***We design today the data centers of the future.*** We are now expanding further and present you with our next opening within our Architecture department. **Your Responsibilities:** * Establish and maintain the project’s file structure according to the document control procedure, ensuring document traceability. * Create the folder structure in the EDMS and maintain a copy of all project documents by folder to guarantee traceability (in accordance with company guidelines/procedures), and distribute them to the team according to the distribution matrix/distribution defined by the project management. * Supervise the naming convention, numbering, filing, and format of all documents to ensure their accuracy and integrity. * Ensure project members have the necessary access rights and privileges to perform their duties. * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and incidents. * Perform platform quality checks. Ensure the platform operates optimally, maintains approved structures and organization, and provides required access rights and competencies for each company and/or user. * Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures. * Implement and monitor documentation review processes at both project and organizational levels. * Receive submissions—including datasheets and materials, shop drawings, prequalification documents, subcontractor documentation, or any other project stakeholder documentation—archive and distribute them according to the distribution matrix for approval and/or comments, as applicable, and track response deadlines. * Transmit approval requests or comments to subcontractors per project management instructions. * Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing submissions, including incoming and outgoing correspondence and other required documents, as well as tracking of response deadlines. * Provide submission, correspondence, or other document status reports per project management requirements. * Upload, update, and submit documents using ACC. * Prepare templates and other documents required for proper system operation. * Align Quark’s specific objectives with Sener’s overall Document Control Department objectives. **What We Expect From You:** * You will join an integrated team composed of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and varied experiences, enabling you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. * Specific knowledge of document management and control tools, Autodesk Construction Cloud, is required; familiarity with EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller in construction. * You will maintain ongoing contact with Sener’s Document Control team and actively participate. * Among the company’s key assets is its human team—the cornerstone of current success and essential to its future development.
