DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Systems Quality Engineer to participate in defense sector technological projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes throughout the entire project lifecycle. The professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing Quality Plans, conducting material, product, facility, and workplace inspections and reviews. Additionally, they will participate in technical reviews at various project stages, including test preparation reviews and validations associated with quality processes. Their responsibilities also include performing physical and functional configuration audits, recording and managing nonconformities, preparing customer complaint reports, and tracking them to closure. They will also support internal and external quality system audits, collaborating with corporate departments to ensure adherence to established procedures. Additionally, they will lead laboratory audits aimed at verifying implementation and monitoring of the 5S methodology in laboratory environments. The position requires strong process orientation, analytical capability, and experience in quality environments related to complex technological projects. Hybrid work model: **60% remote work and 40% on-site work** at the **Barcelona** office. REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degrees. * Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance and management roles within technological or industrial projects. * Knowledge of quality systems, corporate organization, and processes. * Experience with quality methodologies and standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 22163:2017\. * Familiarity with the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) methodology. * Experience in supplier quality auditing, evaluation, and monitoring. * Experience in customer complaint management and nonconformity tracking. * Proficiency in office software tools, especially Microsoft Excel. * Languages: Catalan at expert level and English at advanced level (C1\). Desirable: * Knowledge of hardware applied to transportation and traffic systems. * Familiarity with product regulatory compliance (CE Marking, CE Interoperability). * Knowledge of the National Security Scheme (ENS).
