You will act as a key facilitator between HQ and various business areas. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will analyze and map current processes to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, or transformation. * You will collaborate on cross-functional projects involving multiple areas, connecting people, tools, and objectives. * You will facilitate working sessions and training with involved teams, creating alignment and commitment to change. * You will monitor KPIs and operational performance, driving data-based decisions. * You will ensure that systems and tools are aligned with defined processes and properly adopted by users. * You will act as a facilitator between HQ and different business areas, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * You will identify operational risks and activate solutions that enhance our agility and efficiency. **What will make you shine in the team?** * Experience in managing process improvement or operational transformation projects in complex environments. * A solution-oriented person with a practical focus and strategic vision. * Strong facilitation skills, able to connect teams and get things done. * Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management, and process modeling. * Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN is a plus. * Advanced English level (minimum C1) for coordinating international teams. * University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields.
