The laboratory technician performs daily quality controls, as well as physical and chemical analyses and micro-determinations of incoming raw materials and finished products. This role emphasizes continuous assessment of processes, products, and accurate monitoring of environmental conditions. The technician organizes, updates, analyzes, and reports results both in writing and verbally to the quality control team and other involved departments. Responsibilities: - Perform sampling of in-process and finished products within and outside the facilities for analysis. Report and communicate with production regarding product quality status during process control analysis. - Assist in preparing samples for daily sensory evaluation. - Calibrate and maintain laboratory analytical instruments when necessary. - Maintain good cleanliness and ensure workplace safety. - Assist in preparing COA/COC documents.
