**If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in the technical-industrial field, this is your chance!** From **BeFind, Personnel Recruitment Consulting**, we are looking for a **Rewinder (First Class Technician)** for an important company located in **Calaf (Barcelona)**. **What will you do?** * Inspect the condition and operation of electric motors and transformers before intervention. * Dismantle electric motors, clean components, and diagnose potential failures. * Count, measure, and record existing coils to ensure their accurate reconstruction. * Perform **manual or mechanical rewinding** of electric motors, alternators, and transformers. * Insulate and protect coils with appropriate dielectric materials. * Verify correct assembly and electrical connections of the motor after rewinding. * Carry out operational tests and quality control, ensuring performance meets established parameters. * Follow company-defined work procedures and control guidelines. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace. * Collaborate with the maintenance department and participate in continuous improvement meetings. **What are we looking for?** * Previous experience as a **Rewinder**, **Electromechanic**, or in similar roles within industrial or electrical maintenance environments. * Knowledge of **industrial electricity, three-phase motors, windings, and conductive materials**. * Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand connection schematics. * Skills in using measurement tools (megger, tester, multimeter). * Precision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. * Own vehicle to commute to the workplace. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** with immediate incorporation. * **Full-time** schedule with **American shift pattern** (6 days of work \+ 4 days off). * **Rotating shifts** in morning, afternoon, and night. * **Onsite position** in **Calaf (Barcelona)**. * **Competitive fixed salary** with **career plan and technical development**. * **Continuous training** in electrical and industrial areas.
