Ref. 153614 GC GCTPLUS ETT, SLU (Manresa) SALLENT, Bages ETT \+ INDEFINIT 05/08/2026 10 positions Job Description GCTPlus ETT Manresa is seeking a Production Operator for a major company manufacturing insulators and cable coverings. Responsibilities: Loading of raw materials and unloading of finished products. Daily operation of front-end and retractable forklifts for storage of finished products at high elevations and heavy weights. Use of hoists and manual handling of 25 kg bags to feed machinery. Thorough cleaning of machines during production changeovers. Support in machine setup and monitoring of the production process via computerized systems. Requirements: Valid certifications for front-end forklift, retractable forklift, and overhead crane operation. Demonstrable prior experience operating such lifting equipment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and willingness to carry out industrial cleaning duties. Collaborative attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Availability to work on a monthly rotating shift schedule (Morning, Night, and Afternoon shifts). Mechanical knowledge will be considered a plus.
