




Job Summary: The Operating Model Manager will define and evolve the Kids&Us operating model, translating strategy into key processes to ensure scalability and sustainable growth. The **Operating Model Manager** position, within the Operations Excellence area, is critical to defining, evolving, and activating the Kids\&Us operating model across the entire network. This role ensures that all Kids\&Us centers operate under a clear, consistent, and effective way of working—translating strategy into structures, key processes, and measurable outcomes that guarantee scalability through quality, consistency, and sustainable business growth. The Business Model Manager acts as a bridge between strategy and daily operations, and between HQ and the network, ensuring the model is not only well-defined but also practical, simple, and genuinely adopted by centers. ##### **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Definition and Evolution of the Operations System** * Design and maintain the Operating Model articulating the HQ–network relationship. * Define operational principles, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks of the model. * Translate the model into a clear and scalable Kids\&Us center operation. * Evolve the Operating Model to adapt it to different countries and organizational maturity levels. * Anticipate operational impacts prior to launching key initiatives or changes. **2\. Structural Improvement of Center Operations** * Improve center operations from a systemic (non-local) perspective through: process redesign, clarification of roles and rules, and enhancement of tools and workflows. * Identify recurring operational frictions and improvement opportunities within the operating model, prioritizing initiatives that strengthen center efficiency, experience, and execution capability. * Actively listen to real business needs, with particular focus on franchisee experience. **3\. Internal Activation and Cross-Functional Alignment** * Drive internal initiatives in collaboration with HQ teams to reinforce and evolve the business model. * Work cross-functionally with areas such as Operations, Training, Marketing, Finance, Digital, etc., ensuring coherence and alignment. * Facilitate collaboration and a shared sense of ownership over the model within the organization. **4\.
