You will be a strong fit for this role if you are an organized, structured individual with strong monitoring and control capabilities. You must have operational presence on-site, effective communication skills, and the ability to build credibility and trust in production environments. Our core values are: Integrity ✨ – Teamwork – Positive and Passionate Attitude – Innovation – Pursuit of Excellence Key Responsibilities: * Implement, manage, and maintain the company’s Occupational Risk Prevention System. * Conduct and update risk assessments and preventive planning. * Coordinate and supervise preventive activities at production facilities and workplaces. * Manage training and information dissemination on occupational health and safety matters. * Coordinate business-related preventive activities and oversee external service providers. * Manage and investigate accidents and incidents. * Participate in and coordinate internal and external audits. * Develop, update, and control preventive procedures, instructions, and documentation. * Monitor and analyze KPIs for the OHS area. * Coordinate with the External Prevention Service and respond to labor inspections. * Actively participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster a preventive culture across the organization. Requirements: University degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, or equivalent. Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention holding all three specialties. Up-to-date knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial environment. Experience in implementing and maintaining preventive management systems. Experience in statutory and ISO 45001 audits, inspections, and business coordination. Ability to manage demanding operational environments with high interaction on the shop floor. Ability to manage personnel under your supervision.
