**If you are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop professionally, we have the** **perfect job for you!** At BeFind, Personnel Recruitment Consulting, we are seeking an **Extrusion Machine Operator (First-Class Operator)** for an important company located in Calaf (Barcelona). **What will your responsibilities be?** \- Check the production status at the beginning of the shift. \- Communicate with the previous shift's machine operator to understand the current status of the work on the machine. \- Review the Production Sheet and verify that data has been correctly entered into the computer system. \- Ensure the final product quality meets the parameters established in the manufacturing sheet and control guidelines. \- Carry out the checks specified in the control guidelines. \- Once the order is completed, record it on the Production Sheet and in the computer system. \- Daily registration of the Production Report in the computer system. \- Attend and participate in production improvement meetings. \- Resolve incidents during the production process. \- Perform work according to the procedures established by the company. \- Maintain the work area clean and orderly. \- Act to resolve any potential issues affecting production, and if necessary, inform the Maintenance Supervisor. \- Comply with Quality, Hygiene, Environmental (waste management, raw material and energy consumption...) and Occupational Health and Safety regulations (good manufacturing practices, use of PPE...). \- Comply with internal company policies. **What are we looking for in you?** \- Experience in similar roles within a production or factory environment. \- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and its operation. \- Ability to understand operation manuals and extrusion machine procedures. \- Skills in basic preventive equipment maintenance. \- Own vehicle to commute to the workplace. **What do we offer?** \- Indefinite contract with immediate incorporation. \- Full-time with American shift (6 working days \+ 4 days off). \- Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \- On-site position in Calaf (Barcelona). \- Fixed salary with career development plan. \- Continuous training in various areas of the company.
