We are seeking a licensed Building Surveyor / Technical Architect with solid experience, capable of coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the proper technical execution of ongoing projects. Main Responsibilities - Full-cycle project management and site supervision - Conduct technical monitoring of construction work, ensuring quality, planning, and safety. - Prepare, review, and update technical documentation, including measurements, reports, and records. - Continuously coordinate with internal architectural teams, as well as subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers. - Monitor construction timelines and ensure proper organization of works. - Ensure all activities comply with current regulations and occupational health and safety standards (PRL).
