Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the packaging process of meat products, ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. * Organize and assign tasks to the packaging team to ensure proper production rhythm. * Monitor packaging machinery operation and manage incidents or minor malfunctions. * Verify labeling, weight, traceability, and proper preservation of products prior to dispatch. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and internal company protocols.
