Because why not do it all? **Position Summary** -------------------- Provide support in the automotive manufacturing process by working according to Standard Working Practices and established Manufacturing Operating Procedures. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting shift production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and process efficiency. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Execute the production plan according to defined specifications, * Comply with technological norms and standards during production processes, * Oversee the quality of materials and products to ensure high production standards, * Ensure safety and adherence to quality and production requirements in all tasks, * Operate machinery and equipment professionally, following work instructions, * Communicate clearly and effectively within the team, * Maintain a proactive approach to problem\-solving, * Demonstrate responsibility and attention to detail in daily work. **Keys to Success** ------------------- * Close working relationship with other operators. * Daily contact with charge hands, coordinators, quality facilitators, Engineering, and other functional areas. * Normal working hours as per the shift pattern. * Operators may be moved to a different shift pattern or function at the discretion of management. **Supervisory Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Reports directly to the Shift Coordinator **Requirements and Preferred Skills** ------------------------------------- * A positive attitude and strong motivation to work are essential in this role, * Ability to work in a team, good level of manual dexterity, and numeracy skills required. * Focus and attention to detail are important when operating production machinery, * A willingness to continuously develop manual skills is highly valued, * Previous experience working with equipment and machinery will be a significant advantage.
