We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE PURCHASING ASSISTANT to join our Purchasing and Logistics Department at our Central Offices in Girona to manage suppliers and customers.

**Requirements:**
\-Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in International Trade / Administration and Finance / Logistics.
\-Residence in Girona or surrounding areas (maximum 30 km).
\-Minimum two years of prior experience.
\-SAP knowledge.
\-Intermediate Excel skills.
\-Catalan; advanced Spanish.
\-Personal vehicle.
**Responsibilities:**
\-Customer reservations for stores, reservation book control, and inter\-store transfers.
\-Purchasing from suppliers (according to days and weeks); daily review to detect sales spikes and prevent stockouts.
\-Inter\-store transfers for stores without assigned assortments, to avoid purchasing from suppliers.
\-Order confirmations; verification of supplier order prices; comparison between supplier tariff and SA rates.
\-Review of purchase assortments sent by the Head of Purchasing to stores.
\-Review of rotation (typically for new items whose rotation must be assessed before ordering additional units).
\-Stock management, control, and optimization across different stores, including review of aged or obsolete stock, analysis of minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordination of material transfers between stores.
\-End\-to\-end tracking of supplier orders, monitoring pending deliveries, orders older than three months, and raising incidents or delays to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines.
\-Supervision of delivery schedules and coordination with suppliers to guarantee product availability and supply continuity.
**Desirable:**
\-English knowledge (intermediate level).
\-Procurement and sourcing management.
\-Stock and inventory control.
\-Logistics and supply chain management.
**Conditions:**
\-**Collective Agreement:** Offices and administrative offices in Catalonia.
\-**Salary:** As per collective agreement (14 payments per year).
\-**Working Hours:** Full\-time.
\-**Schedule:** Weekly rotating schedule from Monday to Thursday, either 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (with 45 minutes for lunch); Fridays from 08:00–14:00.
\-**Summer Schedule:** From 27/07 to 27/08/2026, Monday to Thursday 07:00–15:00, and Friday 08\.00–14:00.
\-**Contract Type:** Fixed\-term contract (covering a two\-year leave of absence).
\-**Start Date:** According to candidate availability.
Salary: €26\.000,00–€27\.000,00 per year
