Home Care Worker – Gironès

Description

We are looking for qualified professionals with experience in caring for dependent individuals or auxiliary nursing care, or holding the corresponding Professional Qualification Certificate for Home Care Services in the Gironès region, specifically for the Caldes, Vilobí and Vidreres area. **Functions** * Ensure hygiene of the individuals being assisted, as well as their clothing and physical appearance. * Monitor the dietary habits of the person being assisted, planning menus according to health and nutritional requirements indicated by specialists, and assisting with food intake for those individuals who require it. * Improve the bio-psycho-social well-being of the person receiving care and their family and environment. * Contribute to the social integration of the person being assisted. Facilitate integration into the social environment, enabling continued development of their physical and mental capacities. Attend to the hygiene needs of the person receiving care and their environment. **Competencies** Teamwork, empathy, integrity, flexibility and positive attitude. **What do we offer?** * **Working hours:** 25 hours per week * **Contract:** Temporary contract to cover holidays until 27/09/2026. Possibility of extension. * **Salary:** 924.18€ gross monthly (14 payments) + mileage reimbursement **Car and valid driving license are mandatory** **Training:** Professional Qualification Certificate, Auxiliary Nursing Technician qualification, or Dependency Care Technician qualification. **Experience:** Demonstrable experience in caring for dependent individuals is required. **Competency profile:** We seek professionals with an approachable communication style, empathy and assertiveness, and ease in working as part of a team.
