Job Summary: Office Cleaning Operator for general services and maintenance, ensuring hygiene and order in workspaces and common areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal hygiene, order, and sanitation conditions in the office 2. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks for facilities 3. Report incidents or defects detected in the facilities Office Cleaning Operator for general services and maintenance under supervision of the Supervisor staff. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks for office facilities, ensuring optimal hygiene, order, and sanitation conditions in workspaces and common areas: . Daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas, and kitchenettes. · Emptying and replenishing wastebaskets and recycling containers. · Cleaning furniture, glass surfaces, floors, and doors, following established protocols. · Restocking hygiene products in restrooms (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.). · Monitoring cleaning supplies and materials, reporting replenishment needs to the responsible person. · Disinfecting high-contact surfaces (door handles, light switches, desks, keyboards, etc.). · Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). · Report incidents or defects detected in the facilities. * Experience: 6 months. Requirements: • Prior cleaning experience (desirable). • Knowledge of safe handling of chemical cleaning products and cleaning equipment. • Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or night shifts (as required by the position). • Physical capability to perform tasks requiring physical effort (operating floor scrubbers, carrying mop buckets, etc.) and ability to work as part of a team. * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Own vehicle availability * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Other relevant details: Contract type: IT LEAVE REPLACEMENT Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 05:30–10:30 / Wednesday 05:30\-11:30 Salary: €877 net per month including extra payments
