Through Commonsense, we are selecting a **Labor Technician** to join an industrial group in the chemical sector with national and international presence.
We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in labor administration, accustomed to managing multiple companies, and capable of working in dynamic and demanding environments. The selected candidate will assume responsibility for labor management across several group companies, both nationally and in coordination with external providers and international stakeholders.
**Your mission within the team will be:**
* Manage payroll, employment contracts, registrations, terminations, and Social Security modifications for various group companies.
* Perform monthly labor closings, social security contributions, IRPF (Personal Income Tax), and associated administrative processes.
* Coordinate with external labor advisory firms and other specialized providers.
* Handle labor-related incidents and inquiries.
* Support the application of labor legislation and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
* Prepare labor-area documentation, reports, and performance indicators.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of internal People Department processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper functioning of the group’s labor administration.

**What are we looking for?**
* Experience in a similar role handling payroll, employment contracts, Social Security, the RED system, SILTRA, contributions, and IRPF.
* Experience managing multiple companies or workplaces will be highly valued.
* Education in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Excel; experience with labor management software and ERP systems is a plus.
* An organized, autonomous, rigorous individual with strong prioritization skills.
* Knowledge of English or French will be considered favorably.
