




SOCIAL WORKER. OLOT \- University degree in Social Work or equivalent diploma. \- Experience in socioeducational intervention with adolescents, family and community intervention, proactive attitude, dynamism, commitment, motivation for the position, adaptability, positive attitude, willingness to grow alongside the project, and above all, a good person. \- Skills in conflict resolution and ability to work in a team. \- Availability regarding schedule and geographic location. Main responsibilities include: \- Assessing the social and family situation directly with the adolescent, demonstrating a certain level of maturity. \- Contacting the family when possible. \- Gathering information about the adolescent from basic social services, EFI, or other services that may have intervened. \- Informing and proposing social and economic benefits for the adolescent. \- Participating in the development and/or periodic review of internal protocols related to the service. \- Coordinating with other social professionals who have intervened, are currently involved, or will follow up on the case (basic services, child and youth care teams, penitentiary services, etc.). \- Guiding professionals who work in direct contact with adolescents on the specific characteristics of each individual to achieve the objectives established in their PEI/PAI. \- Promoting better adaptation of the assisted adolescents and their psychosocial reintegration, improving responsibility-taking and socio-family competence. * 12 months of experience required.
