




PHARMACIST TECHNICAL DIRECTOR FUNCTIONS: * Ensure the quality system operates effectively and establish necessary procedures for the proper execution of activities. * Manage, create, and improve existing documentation related to quality and Technical Management. * Guarantee the implementation of SOPs across all areas, especially warehouse and transportation, as well as the application of received training and the quality and accuracy of records. * Verify the legality of suppliers of medicines and medical devices, as well as of customers to whom products are supplied, and ensure that all required documentation is available to maintain the quality management system. (Customer and supplier qualification) * Resolve customer inquiries and incidents, collect customer feedback, and address technical healthcare questions. * Effectively manage medicine recalls with the urgency required by any alert issued by AEMPS or communicated by the Department of Health, as well as ensure proper implementation of any other measures ordered by competent authorities. * Stock control * Manage product registration, technical documentation, data updates, and support purchasing activities with Laboratories. * Handle incoming complaints and returns, ensuring they are processed effectively. Supervise proper complaint management, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate measures in each case to ensure continuous improvement. * Prepare and/or review documentation related to facility qualification, validations, and equipment calibrations. * Ensure compliance with specific legislation regarding psychotropic substances and other specially controlled medicines. * Review and prepare technical documentation related to authorization as a wholesale warehouse, GDP, etc. * Support scheduled self-inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions. Manage CAPAs and indicators. * Collaborate with the Marketing department in preparing catalogs, client trainings, etc. * Availability to travel to the warehouse in Vidreres (Girona) REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Pharmacy or final-year student interested in pursuing a career in Pharmaceutical Distribution No legal incompatibilities under Royal Decree 782/2013 Experience and training in GDP, Quality Management, Validations and Qualifications will be valued positively. Organizational skills, fluent communication, and motivation for continuous improvement.
